Grace (she/they) is a psychologist who works and lives on the unceded land of the palawa/pakana people, the traditional owners of Lutruwita/Tasmania.
They completed their Master of Psychology (Clinical) in April 2026 and Master of Professional Psychology in in December 2024 at the University of Tasmania.
Grace seeks to provide therapy from an evidence-based, client-centred approach that acknowledges systemic oppression and psychology's complex history within that. They currently use a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), enhanced cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT-E), compassion focused therapy (CFT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) informed, strategies. Their special interests include neurodivergence, sexual wellbeing, religious trauma, gender identity, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, and chronic pain management.
Grace is also an AWGIE-nominated playwright and freelance writer. Their published works include:
