Grace (she/they) is a provisional psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology. She is in her final semester of studying a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Tasmania.
Grace seeks to provide therapy from an evidence-based, client-centred approach that acknowledges systemic oppression and psychology's complex history within that. She currently uses a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Her special interests include neurodivergence, gender, sexual wellbeing, religious trauma, and chronic pain management.
Grace is also an AWGIE-nominated playwright and freelance writer. She is currently writing her masters thesis about endometriosis and the influence of self-compassion.
