Grace (she/they) is a writer and provisional psychologist with a Master of Professional Psychology. She is currently studying a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Tasmania.
Grace seeks to provide therapy from an evidence-based, client-centred approach that acknowledges systemic oppression and psychology's complex history within that. She currently uses a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Her special interests include neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, and spirituality.
She is also an AWGIE-nominated playwright and freelance writer.
